Postpartum Full Body Dumbbell Workout

One of the things I missed most during those early postpartum days was feeling strong.

My body felt so weak and foreign to me and I was really excited to feel more like my (strong) self again.

If that sounds familiar, then this full body strength workout will be right up your alley.

There are 5 different exercises, that we’ll do for 15 reps each, for 1-3 sets.

I take you through the first round of exercises and then you get to decide if you want to keep going for one or two more sets.

How did that feel?

If you have any questions about the workout, pop them in the comments below.

And keep in mind that your body is different now.

That doesn’t mean you’ll never be as strong as you once were, but it may mean that it’s best for your body, right now, to take it easy and not use as heavy a weight, only do one set, or take more breaks.

There’s no shame in meeting your body where it’s at, while continuing to work hard to get stronger every day.

Catch up with you soon!

❤️ Jenna
