“Before I started working with Jenna, there was a major imbalance between my right and left sides because I was constantly carrying my boys on the left side. Once I started her program, I noticed a pretty significant improvement in my glute strength and core stability. My core feels stronger and my lower back feels less sore.
I can even feel my glutes engaging when they’re supposed to. That probably doesn’t sound like a big deal, but for someone who has never really been able to feel my glutes working, it really is!
I love that Jenna’s programs are designed so that the time commitment is pretty doable, you don’t need a lot of equipment so it can pretty much be done anywhere, and the exercises are simple, but super effective.
I also really liked how intentional each exercise was. Nothing ever left me wondering “Why am I doing this exercise? What’s the point of it?” And she makes programs that get more and more challenging as you go along.
I would definitely recommend Jenna to any moms who want to rebuild their core strength in order to get back into the activities they love to do safely (whether it’s running, snowboarding, Crossfit, whatever). And for moms who want to get back into a fitness program postpartum but aren’t sure where to start.
