Planks are a fantastic exercise for building strength and stability throughout your core.

Even if you have diastasis recti, or pelvic organ prolapse, planks can still be a great option – when you have amazing form.

So check out these tips and avoid some common mistakes that you might be making with your plank.

The pushing into the ground is one of my favourites to really ensure I’m getting some good activation in my lower abs.
