Pelvic floor exercise after pregnancy

There’s a lot of chatter about how important it is to strengthen your core and pelvic floor after giving birth.

And I agree. Recovering strength, flexibility and function throughout your core and floor is essential to living a happy leak-free, pain-free life post-baby.

But there’s a key piece of the equation that a lot of new moms miss when they’re working on this stuff.

If you’ve missed it, it’s not your fault because it’s not something a lot of trainers and other pros talk about.

Here’s what I mean and why this can help you get back as much strength, flexibility and function as possible.

We focus a lot on the engaging, the strengthening, the kegels. But now you know that there’s another important part of the puzzle that we want to focus on as well.

If you have any questions about how to implement this strategy, or you’re having a tough time making it a reality in your life, let me know in the comments below. I’d be happy to help.

Thank you so much for watching and I’ll catch you later, friend.

Hugs,

Jen
