Being a mom is physically demanding.
It starts in pregnancy when your body is challenged like never before and some areas of your body get tight, while other areas of your body get weak.
Then it carries over into motherhood when you’re holding, carrying, lifting, twisting, doing all the things. And overtime this can lead to tightness in your back, neck and shoulders.
