3 Cat-Cow Variations to Battle Back Stiffness

Cat-Cow is an amazing warm-up for the spine before a workout, or great mobility move on those days you’re feeling stiff and crunchy.

Try these 3 variations to spice things up a bit!

I really love the spinal segmentation version.

I find it really easy to spot any tightness that I might need to work on more, and just get a nice full back release.

As moms, we put our bodies through a lot so taking 1 minute to do a quick mobility flow feels so good.

You can do these cat-cows before your next workout, or any time you’re craving some movement.
