While the holidays can be fun, they can also bring on a lot of stress.
Especially with this year being the year of COVID-19.
We’ve been through a lot, haven’t we?
So put on some comfy workout clothes and press play on this quick full body workout!
In terms of equipment, you’ll want to have access to:
- Couch, ottoman, or chair
- Staircase or a stool
- Optional – dumbbells or other weights
As I said in the video, feel free to do the circuit once, twice, or even three times. It all depends on the time and energy you have and where you’re at in your postpartum recovery.
You can follow along with the video or simply follow the program below and do 1-3 sets of:
- Hip Thrust x 20 reps
- Step-Up x 10 reps (on each side)
- Reverse Lunge x 10 reps (on each side)
- Side Plank x 10-30 sec hold (on each side)
Rest for 30 seconds – 1 minute between exercises and make sure to truly listen to your body and what it needs right now.
