⚡ The Hypothesis
Your brain isn’t broken. You just haven’t had the right tools yet.
About the show
If you’ve ever read a relationship advice book and felt like it just didn’t work for your unique way of being in relationships, this is the show you’ve been waiting for.
Each episode breaks down how neurodivergent wiring actually shows up in relationships and gives you tools designed for how your brain actually works – not how neurotypical standards say it should work.
No clinical jargon. No advice that doesn’t actually work for your wiring. Just the kind of conversation that ends with: “ohhh… it makes so much more sense now.”
You’ll leave with practical tools and neurodivergent-affirming strategies to help you build a better relationship – with yourself and your partner.
What to expect
New episodes weekly. Most run 20–30 minutes. Long enough to actually get something useful out of it, short enough to fit into your drive, your walk, or trying out that new TikTok recipe. (Besides. We both know you’ll be listening on 1.5x speed, anyway.)
Here’s a taster of what you can expect….
- Why common relationship advice keeps falling flat and what to do instead
- Conflict, shutdown, and repair…. but make it neurodivergent-affirming
- Hyperfocus, withdrawal, masking, and the patterns that keep creating moments of disconnection
- Rejection sensitivity, demand avoidance, executive function, sensory needs… all the things that make you, you (and how to stay authentic while also staying connected)
- Communication scripts, frameworks, and tools you can actually use to build a better relationship
