⚡ The Hypothesis

You’re not the problem. You just need the right tools to feel loved and help your partner truly get you.

About the show

If you’ve read all the relationship books and felt like they just didn’t work for you, this is the show you’ve been waiting for.

Each episode breaks down how female neurodivergent wiring actually shows up in relationships (and gives you tools designed for how your brain actually works.)

No clinical jargon. No advice that only works for neurotypical people. Just the kind of conversation that ends with: “ohhh… it makes so much more sense now.”

You’ll leave with practical tools and neurodivergent-affirming strategies to help you build a better relationship – with yourself and your partner.

What to expect

New episodes weekly. Most run 20–30 minutes. Long enough to actually get something useful out of it, short enough to fit into your drive, your walk, or trying out that new TikTok recipe. (Besides. We both know you’ll be listening on 1.5x speed, anyway!)

Here’s what you can expect:

  • What it’s like being a neurodivergent woman, and the language you need to feel understood by your partner
  • How to start unmasking more with the person who loves you most (so your relationship doesn’t feel like a performance)
  • Why typical relationship advice keeps falling flat and what to do instead
  • Conflict, shutdown, and repair…. but make it neurodivergent-affirming
  • Hyperfocus, executive functioning, masking, double empathy, and the patterns that keep creating moments of disconnection
  • Rejection sensitivity, emotional dysregulation, sensory needs.… all the things that make you, you (and how to stay authentically you, while also staying connected)
  • Neurodivergent-affirming communication scripts, frameworks, and tools you can actually use to build a better relationship
