If you’ve ever read a relationship advice book and felt like it just didn’t work for your unique way of being in relationships, this is the show your brain has been waiting for.

Hosted by me, Jenna Dalton – Registered Provisional Psychologist – each episode breaks down how ND wiring actually shows up in relationships and gives you tools designed for how your brain works, not how neurotypical standards say it should.

No clinical jargon. No advice that doesn’t actually work for your wiring. Just the kind of conversation that ends with: “ohhh! It makes so much more sense now.”

What to expect

New episodes weekly. Most run 20–30 minutes. Long enough to actually get something useful out of it, short enough to fit into your drive to work, a walk, or trying out that new TikTok recipe.
