Just hand me the words.
10 word-for-word scripts for the things you’ve never said out loud — plus the simple 4-part formula to write your own.

Scripting isn’t cheating. You already do it.
You script the call to the dentist. You script the thing you’ll say to your boss. You script the small talk at pickup. You’ve been running a whole rehearsal department in your head since you were about five — and it’s one of the big reasons nobody ever caught your neurodivergence. You were just that well prepared.
So here’s all I’m asking: point that same skill at the person you love.
Because the hard part was never knowing what you want. You know what you want. The hard part is finding the words in real time while you’re also tracking what your face is doing, and their face, and then — where did the sentence go?
A script isn’t a performance. It’s scaffolding. Take away having to find the words on the spot, and the whole thing gets about four times easier.
Ten scripts. One formula.
Word-for-word scripts for the conversations that never quite make it out of your head:
Plus the 4-part formula — Frame → Observation → Need → Close — so you can build your own script for anything on your list.
That list you’ve been carrying isn’t proof you’re difficult.
It’s evidence of how many times you decided keeping the peace mattered more than being understood. And the peace you bought with all those swallowed conversations isn’t real peace. It’s self-abandonment in a keep-the-peace package.
You don’t need to become a different person. You just need the words. Handing your partner a map of how to love you better? That’s a gift for you both.
Get the words.
Ten scripts plus the formula, straight to your inbox.
