When I first started Jenna Dalton Fitness Inc. it was based on the idea that I didn’t want moms and parents to feel frustrated or unsure (like I was when I first became a mom).
And a big part of that was that I didn’t want anyone to feel alone.
Which is why it’s important that I clarify exactly what I’m doing (and will continue to do) to create more Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in my business now and forever.
I may not be able to work with everyone, but I want every mom and postpartum person to know I welcome them into my community.
This is more than some motivational phrases plastered on my social media.
This is about creating a culturally responsive community that feels welcoming and safe for all moms and postpartum people.
I may not always be perfect, but I’m committing to imperfect action over inaction.
