I’m hosting a free live group workout on Thursday April 30th and I thought you might like to join us.
I’ve been doing twice a week live group workouts with the women in my MomStrong program and I’ve been loving them.
And from the messages I’ve been getting, the moms in the program are loving them too. They’ve been saying things like…

And because this has been so awesome and fun for us, I’ve decided to extend the MomStrong program for another 2 months so we can keep working out together in May and June.

Even if you’re not sure the MomStrong program is right for you, come and get a great, free workout in. I’ll tell you a bit about the program and answer any questions you have, but there’s no pressure to sign up.
And no worries if you have kiddos around. We all do too. Working out with your baby or toddler beside you is just a part of #momlife and – while it may be annoying and hard at times – you’re still getting a great workout in, it still counts (even if you have to stop to give a cuddle or grab a toy or wipe a nose or answer 64 “why” questions 😬).
You’ll likely see my kids (especially my 1 1/2 year old, Nora) climbing all over me too! 😂
There will be different intensity levels available and diastasis and prolapse-friendly modifications so you can choose the movement and challenge that feels right for you.
And yes, if you’re pregnant, this workout will be great for you too – I’ll give you pregnancy-friendly modifications (even if you’re experiencing pelvic pain or pubic symphysis pain, I’ve got you covered).
And of course I’ll be there live with you so if something doesn’t feel right, or you’re getting pain or symptoms, you can just ask me and I can coach you through the movement. This is one of the reasons I love doing these workouts live. I get to see you and give you feedback in realtime.
You don’t need a lot of equipment to do this. I’ve been super mindful about creating workouts that use a minimal amount of equipment in the MomStrong program and this workout will be similar. All you need for the free live workout is:
1. Yoga mat or a carpeted area in your house so you can be comfortable when we’re doing stuff on the floor.
2. Step, workout bench, stool or staircase. Just something that you can step onto.
3. Couch, comfy chair, or ottoman.
4. And if you want to up the intensity, grab some dumbbells or kettlebells or load a backpack full of books and strap it tightly to your body or pick up your kiddo! But adding weight is optional and not necessary to get a good workout in.
